Reputation Farming: Maximizing ROI

Don't waste valuable resources. Learn which items give the best return on investment for Corporation reputation.

Leveling up Corporations requires submitting items via the Orbital Cargo Launcher. But not all items are created equal.

The Golden Rule of ROI

ROI (Return on Investment) = Reputation Points / (Resource Cost + Production Time) You want items that are cheap to specific, fast to make, and yield high points.

Best Items to Submit

Early Game (Levels 1-3)

  • Titanium Ore / Wolfram Ore:

    • Pros: Abundant, requires no processing.
    • Cons: Very low point value.
    • Strategy: Only use for the very first few unlocks.
  • Titanium Rods:

    • Pros: Good step up from ore.
    • Cons: Takes smelter time.
    • Strategy: Decent for completing Level 2-3.

Mid Game (Levels 4-7)

  • Alien Artifacts:

    • Pros: Massive point boost.
    • Cons: Non-renewable (must explore).
    • Strategy: Save these for critical unlocks (like Wind Turbine or Fabricator) where the raw resource cost is too high.
  • Processed Components (Wires, Plates):

    • Often yielded better ROI than raw bars because you're "selling" the production time.
    • Wolfram Wire is a staple "currency" for Moon Energy.

Late Game (Levels 8-10)

  • Advanced Alloys:
    • Required for high tiers.
    • Focus on setting up a dedicated overproduction line (e.g., if you need 10/min for factory, build 12/min and export the excess 2).

Corporation Specialties

Each corp values different items more:

  • Selenian (Industry): Loves construction materials (Rods, Plates, Beams).
  • Griffith Blue (Combat): Loves ammo and weaponry.
  • Future Health (Medical): Loves organic samples and food.

Tip: Check the Corporations Tab in this planner to see specific unlock costs, but remember that for filling the bar between unlocks, you can typically spam basic resources if you have a surplus.
